How did you not notice him taking your pills though? Unless he was taking them for a separate pack seems odd you wouldn't notice.

Usually you get birth control three months at a time, which could mean she got them in three different packs and he was taking them out of one pack and she didn't notice it can happen. That's the only way I can think she didn't notice unless she is as smart as him :)
