Today, my colleague rushed off to the hospital for the birth of his first son. Having met his wife at the Christmas party a couple of years ago, I called to congratulate her. Shame I didn't realize it was his mistress having the baby. Guess who broke the news to the wife. FML

he would have needed a excuse to get off work, i doubt he yelled out "im having a baby!!!" , he probably mentioned it casually and it got passed around work

Who said you can't have your cell phone in a hospital? I texted and called all the time when I went to the emergency room for stomach and head problems.
