Today, my boss bitched me out for violating workplace privacy, after he found an FML post from last year that eerily resembled a situation that happened the same year. He thought I posted it and twisted things to make him look like an idiot. I've never posted here in my life. FML

Way to go dumbass, now your boss can read this and feel completely justified. And, your boss can even take it a step further and fire you for slander against his namesake on social media and by implication, the business he works for. Good luck with you shitass boss, OP.

No, No he can't. Slander would require a name either of the boss or the company. It also requires the information provided to be false and be used only to paint someone in a negative light. Since this is an anonymous FML and it provides neither the name of the boss nor the company it is definitely not slander.
