I know the feeling. I had a dick of a boss where if he was the first one in, he was supposed to initial the daily log. he never did and if I didn't get him to initial, it was my fault, even tho he was the branch manager, he worked there a hell of a lot longer than I did, and here I am in my mid 20s nagging my 40 something year old boss.

Know that feeling well, my boss delighted in telling me how angry our regional manager was with me because of the shoddy work I had completed.... she "completely forgot" that she was the one who did said work.
