Time to reconsider "Bring your daughter to work day".
Make sure everyone knows. If he fires you you have the easiest wrongful termination case in the history of ever.
Good to know. Just put toys all over your desk and dress like a child at work. You'll get raises and promotions often! In other words, to get ahead, put on your little boy pants.
As horrible and disgusting as it can be, I've seen people placed on that register for peeing in public, because the technically "exposed" themselves. I also know that some places don't necessarily put the reason for being on the register. Either way, still not great to have a boss on that register
Does sex offender register specify the offence detail? Does it actually say this person is a pedophile, or was it a case of public peeing, plenty have ended up on list for molesting someone they later on marry due to overprotective parents/laws. Before you do any sharing of info make sure it's facts and not assumptions.
I'd be surprised if he did something really bad and managed to get out of jail. Often people will be on the registry for things like dating their classmate in highschool/college which is fine but then someone turns 18 and now it's a felony. Or just being naked in a public area at any point for any reason. Details are part of public record though so it you really wanted to know I bet you could dig it up.
