Today, my friends were all talking about the first time they bought condoms. I can still remember the first time I bought them; in fact they are unopened and expired in my bedside table. FML

Heh, I've never bought a box of condoms yet... My friends always look out for me when I need one ;) I found 2 in my back pocket the other day from a party I was at the week before lol

The FML is not that they have expired. Its that the OP hasn't ever needed them so they just sat there for who knows how long. Though I'm not sure how long it takes for condoms to expire, I'm sure they have been there for quite a while.

the big deal is that he/she are still are virgin even though condoms have like a couple year expirary date them and obviously all there mates didnt have the same problem

Or simply making a comment about the fact they've had sex. I've had sex. I've had lots of sex. Not so much for the past two months, but that's more personal choice at not finding anyone worthy of me. Trust me OP, it'll happen eventually. Don't rush it, don't try to make it happen before it's supposed to happen, or else it'll be terrible. It might be anyway, but when the time is right, the time is right.

Buying condoms doesn't seem like a memorable enough experience to me to ever come up in conversation amongst my friends.. Also, with women, I find it's best to take the path less traveled, anyways...
