How big is a kidney, 6-8 inches? Rent a billboard that has both ur photos on it and have it say she might of broke up with me but she still constantly had my 8" organ deep inside her

What did you want? For her to give it back? This was a stupid FML. If the relationship didn't work, it didn't work. She isn't going to just go to a doctor and have the kidney taken out to give it back.

It isn't like she can give it back maybe you should have thought about that before you gave her the kidney. If you did think about it then you have no right to complain.
