Truth is that she shouldnt be with you if she didnt love you anymore just because she has your kidney , it wouldnt be good for any of you. Still the whole situation is tragic and i feel sorry for you op

To all the people that say she shouldnt have to stay with him because he gave her his kidney, I'm sure OP meant that he loved her so much that he was willing to give her his kidney to save her life, Not that he wanted it back. How would you feel if you saved someones life & they left you?. That seriously blows, i feel sorry for you op. You'll find someone someday & maybe theyll give you their kidney! if you need it ... Lol
