I'm so sorry you got treated to this information.. but take heart! Once you turn 18, for a small fee you can legally change your name to anything you want. If they don't like it, tough noogies. They should not have given you your dead sibling's name. If they still try to use it, ignore them until they use your new name.. gods.. that's an entirely new version of "dead-naming" someone!
