Best wishes for your health to improve. There will be more job opportunities but health is more important.
I’m 66. And have been retired, from the office, since I was 59. I’m glad I was more than financially able to retire early. I worked for it. One of the many things that made me retire early is that jobs expect you to be loyal to them. But not visa versa. I also could also no longer tolerate the politics. The back stabbing. And the people who got promoted were the ones that gave the best blow jobs. I’m glad I retired early and don’t miss it. Find something you’re really good at and become self-employed. That’s the best way to do it. It’s unfortunate that usually the best lessons aren’t learned until later in people’s careers. I hope I helped you out a little.
Sue for wrongful dismissal. I'm sorry for everything you're going through.
hope you get better soon op, that's awful
Sweetie, talk to an attorney. There are laws in place to protect people from stuff like this. It's very likely thry are violating certain laws. But you only have 180 days from termination to file for wrongful termination with the EEOC! File now jist to get in before you miss the deadline, then go talk to an attorney who specializes in EEOC or employment law.
Things will turn around for you. I'm a Migerian prince and my family has millions we need to move to a US Bank. Send me your routing and account numbers and you'll soon be rich. See how things get better?
Sorry, people have rights.
Honestly I’m not surprised. Companies these days are so greedy and don’t care about shit. I have been harassed and treated like shit for this company so desperate for workers, that after 2 weeks of me not answering their calls reaching out, they still want me to come in so they can leave me in charge of the store alone again even tho I had no training and had to keep sending people to the other register.
Companies don't care about employees just the bottom line. The almighty dollar. Some states can fire you for no reason...
