Keep an emergency supply of whatever in your car. In your locker. In your desk at work. In your backpack etc. And wherever else you can think of. And try to forget it’s there until you really really need the supply. I feel for you. I used to be caught off guard a little bit more than I would’ve liked until I started doing that. One of the many lessons in life I’ve learned.

Ibiza is a place. So you say you are “in” it. Like “in London” or “in New York.”

You are a woman. You KNOW you have a period. This is 100% on you. Be prepared.

I mean if she already tracks it and its normally spot on and isn't usually early I could see not bringing stuff for it, we dont know how early it actually came, if it wasn't supposed to start for another 2 or so weeks then I could see why she didnt prepare for it, but me personally I ALWAYS have something on hand for it, for me if I know I'll be staying somewhere else I'll usually just bring my menstrual cup along since it's less bulky!

Truth! Even if someone gets 100% predictable cycles, always be prepared. You just never know. Also, breakthrough bleeding IS a thing that will happen to everyone at some point. It makes no sense ignore this.

I’m confused. Do they not sell menstrual products in Ibiza?

The title of this FML says it all - be prepared. Always have feminine hygiene products with you in case this happens.
