Bad day

Today, I have a cold. I can't begin to count how many times I've sneezed throughout the day, but I can count how many times I've sneezed so hard that I've peed myself: twice. Once while I was at work helping a customer, the other while sitting on the couch next to my boyfriend. FML

I know those feels. It's ok I gave myself concussion once because I sneezed and hit my head on the wall in the shower. Hope you get better soon OP

I'm noticing a disturbing trend with the girls of FML peeing themselves for any reason. Is there an epidemic of weak bladder spreading through the female population?

In general, females tend to have a harder time with urinary continence than males. The reason is anatomical but to be honest I'm not sure what in particular makes it more difficult. Kegel exercises make it better though, so it has to do with the pelvic floor musculature.
