I used to work at an amusement park arcade, and a guy said he worked near one of the looping coasters (the oldest one) back in the 70s. He once saw a reluctant nauseous guy get on by force from his buddies. He barfed at the top of the loop, which then fell and met up with the car at the bottom of the loop.

Someone got scared, wet themselves enough for it to soak through and liquid to enter the air, and as it went into the air as if they were stationary, OP moved through it and got wet.
