Today, the person who I've asked to back off is still messaging me and making me more stressed out. I'm pretty sure he fancies me, but I'm asexual. This after he already promised to back off multiple times. I think I've got myself a stalker. FML

Unfortunately, for some telling them that you're asexual or gay makes it a challenge. From the sound of it, this is one of those people.

Document everything. Film every in person interaction. When asked why you are filming every interaction tell him because his behavior is and has been unacceptable and you are documenting it in order to get protection.
