Well balanced

Today, after years of martial arts training, ballet, and dance, I thought I had pretty good balance for a dude. Then I accidentally stuck both legs in one side of my pants and tipped head first into the wall. The ER doctor has scheduled a test for TBI, and the vertigo “may be permanent.” FML

Practice more grappling. It gets you use to fighting from the ground so it will be more comfortable falling 😂 wrestlers practice how to safely fall so do more drills on falling safely As for the TBI, I'm assuming the worst is a concussion. After you recover, resume working out (cardiovascular exercise) but start slow. For the concussion, I recommend eating seafood if you can tolerate it. Seafood contains omega-3 which has been shown to help the brain heal by reducing inflammation and boosting bloodflow. Creatine also helps with TBI. Sleep is also very important for brain healing.

This is why we don't keep our "fat pants" around after we lose a lot of weight.
