Today, while standing in line at a local Mexican fast food place, I was feeling generous and let a little kid behind me go in front. Turns out he had a list, and was ordering food for his whole family. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. FML

Iʼll start with a taco, soft like a cloud I want mine crunchy, I like to eat loud. Iʼll choose a chalupa, Iʼll grab a gordita, and two taco salads for our senoritas. And a Burrito Supreme, with extra sour cream Itʼs a cylindrically shaped seasoned beef dream. A taquito. An enchirito. Some cinnamon twists. A chicken border bowl. Are you gettinʼ all this? Lol

At least you had good intentions. :) What goes around, comes around; now someone will do something nice for you; and even if they don't, at least you're a nice person. :)

Wait, you do something nice and then complain because you then had to wait? Get over your self.

that's how I feel. everybody's praising this guy for being sooo nice, when really all he intended to do was let some kid order a taco before him. seriously? that's what is considered so saintly in today's world? how about not bitching because your "good deed" caused you to have to wait a while longer? your life is NOT ******.

You are warping this kid's outlook on the world! You are fooling him into thinking the world is full of kind, generous people. If you really wanted to help this kid, you would have taken your place in line before him, asked the cashier a million questions about the food (and the local sports teams), paid in small bills and many coins, and, for good measure, farted in the kid's face. THAT'S what the world is all about.

Sheesh. That's one large family.

YDI. never be generous to anybody unless you are really close to them. other wise you'll get f'ed over.

This is more of a "goddammit >.>" then an FML... Brownie points for the kind gesture though. :)

what do you know I sent my little brother to do the same thing
