I'm sorry but I'm going to have to disagree with you in that. I myself am not a religious person, however, my relatives are JW's and although the majority of you are good people, your beliefs are seriously misguided! You all need a serious reality check because you really don't understand how life should be lived!

I am a witness-and tried "living life". it got me nowhere positive, and almost destroyed me. honestly, being baptized as a JW was the best decision of my life! and I am not callow, nor am I naive or unable to reason. I'm 17 and go to public high school with literally hundreds of witness and non witness friends. but I wouldn't trade my religion for anything. everyone (well not EVERYONE, but most) here needs to get their facts straight. most bring valid points to the table, but several have judgement with absolutely no logic.

oh, and each point that's been brought, can be fully argued or reasoned with. I'm not validating any of them saying that they're a good point.

so your saying you can't live life without it being controlled by religion!? you have problems

lol I know I have an aunt who used to be catholic but had some JWs come over to her house like everyday for 10years and they finally changed her and she is alwas trying to get me out of my religion to join hers buy saying how the father at are church believes that he's all high and mighty when he gave a lot if money to remodle it (out of his own pocket) lol she get all crazy lol she was like cussing in Spanish I just left lol

I really don't understand it at all. I remember when I was younger my cousins would always try to get me to go with them to church or read their magazine thingys, not interested at all!

um, so yea we believe there is one true religion. that partly what Christianity entails. but we don't act with blunt impertinence. our focus Jamin following God's word-the Bible-which says, and I'm paraphrasing, wide and spacious is the road leading to destruction while cramped is the one leading to life..oh, and Jesus said: not everyone calling "lord, lord" will gain everlasting life. there are hypocrites and disguised religions.

Jehovah loves you, and wants only the absolute best for you...now get down on your knees and praise his name or he will toss your ass into the eternal pit of fire so fast it'll make your head spin. Sorry, but I prefer my deities to have more emotional maturity than your average six-year-old.

get your facts straight-witnesses don't believe in hell. there is no fiery pit that Jehovah will throw you into. if our not willing to live according to his will though, he will judge you AFTER you've been given ample time to come to a realization and refuse him still. but whatever, your choice. ;)
