Today, I bought my girlfriend an iPhone. I preloaded it with a bunch of cool apps and stuff and spent a lot and money. She used it to send a text to me 3 hours later saying that she thought we should break up. FML
Today, my parents gave me an iPhone. They then checked my grades online, and promptly took it away. FML
Today, my sister refuses to talk to me because I didn't post her a "Happy birthday" in an Instagram story. It seems that the iPhone 12 I gave her as a present is just not enough. She's 19. FML
Today, my daughter and her best friend made an elaborate plan that she was kidnapped, causing me to cough up $7000 in ransom money, which I later found out was a hoax. All this because she’s still upset I left her terminally ill mother for my current girlfriend. FML
Today, I went to visit some family out of state for my niece's birthday. I couldn't think of what to get an 8-year-old so I got her a Barbie doll. Everyone else got her money, iPods, game consoles, etc. When she got to mine she asked "how do I turn it on?" Then threw it away when she couldn't. FML
Today, I discovered that my 17-year-old daughter received several weird deposits from Paypal. I checked her phone to discover that she had changed the password for the first time in years. Fearing drugs, I confronted her. She broke down and confessed to selling rare digital Pokemon on eBay. FML
Today, I asked my fiancé's daughter to use her phone so I could call mine which I'd misplaced. Busy with homework, she nodded. Only after she jumped up did I notice that she had my number listed with a humiliating nickname, and accompanied by a photo of her middle finger. FML
Today, my 18 year-old daughter comes home, telling me she has been fired from her job at McDonalds. The reason? They had iCarly Happy Meal toys and she couldn't resist stealing one. FML
Today, I got a call informing me that my 16-year-old daughter had been arrested for shoplifting jewellery. Trying to look on the bright side, I assumed it was for my birthday that is coming up in a few days. Nope. It was a "Thank you" gift. For her drug dealer. FML
Today, my daughter asked to use my phone to find hers. Instead, she sent multiple messages to my boyfriend, trying to break up with him. When asked why she did it, she said it’s because she wants me to get back with her father. This would be somewhat understandable if she wasn’t 32 years-old. FML

I think maybe you should re-examine either your parenting method or the people she hangs around with, because she learned it from somewhere. Until then, I hope you took the phone back to the store and grounded her for the rest of her teenage years, because faking a suicide is some shit you NEVER ******* DO under ANY circumstances EVER.

I don't understand I have had Samsung phones for a long time and haven't had an issue with my galaxy s4 and I much prefer it to iphones because its lighter and lot more flat and fits in my pocket better

I just moved from a Galaxy S3 to an iPhone. Let me tell you, I really miss my Galaxy. I'd still have it now if it hadn't malfunctioned. I only got the iPhone because it was free with my phone company and I had to do something fast.

The reason it seems like there are more 248 is because the internet and tv make stupidity more accessible in your everyday life. Believe it or not there are actually fewer little ***** in the current generation. Society almost planetwide teaches us that being a little shit growing up is bad and wrong and when it gets out on the internet or tv the little shit feels embarrassed and/or mortified. This idea that their little shittiness could get out to the world keeps more little ***** in line, leading to fewer overall little ***** that you hear about.

Iphones are crap anyways. They never really upgrade with each new generation and the app platforming is a lot harder to work with than android. I've had a Samsung, an HTC and a Nexus, and the only advantage the Nexus has over the other two is that thus far (knock on wood) the battery life hasn't deteriorated over time. My boyfriends little brother has an IPhone and he begged for it and now we often get complaints from him about how we can get cooler and more free apps than he can. Plus with gorilla glass, these things are tough as hell.

Well I personally like Sony best...but Samsungs are pretty good and popular so I don't know why she freaked out. Actually, I'd say they're probably the most popular android phone of all and possibly more popular than iPhones too now.

I hope you teach your daughter a lesson in life, that shes not always going to get what she wants! if I was in your postion I would of returned the phone, grounded her and made her volunteer at a homeless shelter. so she could learn some respect, and think of other people instead of herself.
