Today, my psychiatrist asked me if I felt bad about my weight. When I said no, he looked surprised and said, "Why not?" FML

At least you're confident in yourself.

Answer: because you're secure and you like yourself, OP. he may have meant it in a rude way or just asking.

It's their job to ask you questions which might bring up feelings that you might suppress or not realize you have. The doctor was probably asking you that to hear your reasoning for being secure with your weight just to make sure you're not just fooling yourself.

I might agree with you were it not for the fact that he looked surprised.

U culd sew him and defiantly get money for him not doing his job and hurting u emotionally in stead of helping u emotionally

If you're planning on sewing your psychiatrist, chances are you actually need the dude :')

32- that is the worst comment I have ever seen on FML, and I read most of them. I don't know where to begin.

Better get some needles and thread if you plan on sewing him.

The correct spellings are you, could, sue, definitely, and instead.

Silence of the Lambs, anyone?

I was being sarcastic for the idiots that didn't get it....

Yeah,32, and I'm sure everyone is stupid enough to take legal advice from a person named vampire who can't write a complete sentence or spell "sue"... Unless you really meant OP could "sew" the psychiatrist?

iPhone ap had a nervous breakdown there. :-/

Not cool. Sorry that happened to you OP. Don't feel bad/insecure about your weight.

He's an ass. You don't have to feel bad about your weight even if youre overweight.

Does he have a point? I mean if your overweight it could be directly effecting your psyche so he could pose seriously good intentions!
