Today, my mom and I went to Winn-Dixie. I told her I was going to a different isle 5 minutes later I hear my name on the intercom to go to the front of the store. As I go I see my mom crying, she comes and hugs me and tells me she thought I was lost. Im 22, I had my cell phone, and I drove there. FML

"Today while at Winn- Dixie, my child departs from me for five minutes. I got all scared and wondered where my child could possibly be. Five minutes later, I find my child." FML.

Awww, as annoying as it may be, it's really sweet of her. If you're a pretty young lady, I wouldn't be surprised because of the amount of rapists and kidnappers who've increased over the years... But still. Talk to her about it, good luck. xoxo

i thought winn dixi was a movie about a dog

Well, beside being embarrassing, she cares :)

#75: Um... and where exactly do you get that the OP acted immature anywhere in this FML? They even TOLD their mom that they were going into another aisle. Also, where are people getting that OP still lives with mom or is otherwise dependent on her? I live away for university, and sometimes my mom visits me, and, gasp, we go grocery shopping. Or maybe Mom's car is in the shop and OP is helping her do HER groceries. Or OP (oh no!) actually ENJOYS spending time with mom. Adulthood: Does not involve cutting your parents completely out of your life more often than you'd think.

You guys are too picky... aisle.. isle.. we all know what he meant.
