Today, my dad said that if I walked home from school, a distance of 8 miles, he would give me $50. Two hours and four massive blisters later, I come home. When I asked for my money, he said "I was kidding." FML

Dude I would walk 10 miles for 50 bucks that's fifty bucks I didn't have before. If you have a job I can understand why you wouldn't I don't have a job so for me fifty is a lot.

get a bike a cycle 24 miles a day to get to and from work. takes me 1hr, it's a jolly nice ride and you loose them pounds from belly and save some pounds too (or dollars lol)

You don't bike 24 miles in an hour, unless you have an epic bike, no wind resistance, live in a perfectly warm climate and have a bicycle path the entire way without having to stop once. EVEN then, I doubt it. If you mean 24 miles both ways, yeah that's possible.
