Tell him to use baking soda. All you do is wash your underarms with warm water and baking soda and ur fresh all day. Cheap, easy, and it, works!

Deodorants don't cause cancer -- they cause Alzheimer's, but I'll bet your brother forgot that.

Anti persprent causes cancer for the alum that clogs pores and later get absorbed into the skin. A drug free deodorant stick has no long term risks.
