That's actually kind of adorable. My boyfriend and I tried that once. We just felt silly. Oh, we still had sex, but the role play beforehand felt silly.

This reminds me of the time my boyfriend and I were the doctor/patient because he'd just gotten his stethoscope and lab coat for school and he got too into actually checking my heart beat and pulse. On the bright side, we figured I'm pretty healthy.
