You and your spouse have an equal amount of blame for your Childs lack of intelligence. ( I am assuming there is no birth defects since you speak as if they are ok anyway ) they start to learn at home then move on at school as well. and of course this is an example of Bad Parenting and a lesson to all those who will become parents or are parents, get involved in your Childs education. Our Public Education has failed to teach children ( no more "How to take Test" ), we can't let the education at home fail as well.
