That happened to me as a side effect of anti-depressents that I was taking. I told my doctor and was switched to a different anti-depressent, and now my orgazims are great.

The same thing happens to me! I've even seen a doctor about it twice. No cysts, so I still don't know what the problem is. I have noticed that having an ****** a few days before I begin menstruating is when I'm most likely to get the god-awful cramps. They are terrible! I have consider rushing to the emergency room they have been so bad in the past. It's the worst!
