Today, I woke up from a short nap, only to find two waxing strips stuck to my eyebrows. I now have very little of my eyebrows remaining, and just as little idea which idiot in my family pulled this stupid excuse of a prank. FML

Why would your first instinct be to rip them off? Melt the wax, wash the wax away, whatever. Don't rip your eyebrows off, ouch! I feel sorry for you, dude, but you made a big mistake.

I had a friend who woke up with a wax strip on his scrotum. He didn't think to break down the wax with oil and someone offered to pull it off for him. One trip to the hospital later, and a laughing staff, the prank war ended with one of the guy getting kicked out of the dorm for the prank.

Run a hairdryer over them to soften the wax and pull gently...problem solved

Use some eyebrow powder, or even a pencil, to fill them in. If you do it right (and use the right shade), they should look natural.
