Today, I went out for coffee with a guy I really like. We met up at the local café, and decided to sit at a counter in front of the window. We talked and flirted for a while. Then he kissed me, and while he was kissing me someone banged on the window. It was my parents. They didn't know I'm gay. FML

#1 is right... if you did tell them before though, make them feel horrible for not listening to you. Don't worry about it though, if you like someone go for it. Don't let anyone change who you are, especially your parents, they have too much control over you as it is.

EWWW. your parents must hate you. Imagine the horrible gay image that you just burned into their eyes for the rest of their embarrassing lives

#55 shut up, theres nothing wrong with gay people. well, i guess its better late than never. i hope your parents are understanding. well, i hope you wholr FAMILY is. oh, and i agree with #54 bashing homophobes is right.

you killed two birds with one stone! think of it this way. No need to get out of the closet by yourself and you have someone to be with^_-

Im sorry, but alot of ppl r becoming gay lately. Its becoming a new 'thing'

i'm sorry. :/ that really sucks. i don't know what i would do if that happened to me. i'm a girl. i like girls. my parents don't know. well, at least you're out and you can talk about it to them now. i'm sure they'll accept you no matter what. good luck!

Should've told them sooner, I guess. :3

Yeah, I don't think this was a full make-out session. His parents could have been walking by while they were talking, recognized him and about to go say something when they kissed. So they don't necessarily have to be kissing during that entire time. But at least they know now. Hopefully they're accepting of it.

no offence, that really isn't a "classy first date" kiss they kissed long enough for his parents to walk by, do a double take, take it in/discuss it, and pound on the window that's long enough to be making out

Local cafe + kissing in the front window = YDI. Even more of a "duh" moment if you live in a small town. Did you expect no one to see you? Sucks though because that's a crappy way for them to find out. Hope it all works out for you.
