Today, I went out for coffee with a guy I really like. We met up at the local café, and decided to sit at a counter in front of the window. We talked and flirted for a while. Then he kissed me, and while he was kissing me someone banged on the window. It was my parents. They didn't know I'm gay. FML

#1 is right... if you did tell them before though, make them feel horrible for not listening to you. Don't worry about it though, if you like someone go for it. Don't let anyone change who you are, especially your parents, they have too much control over you as it is.

i agree with #33... especially by a window. if you were even remotely wanting to kiss him you should have sat somewhere where... oh idk... NOT the whole walking world can see you. seriously... nobody appreciates that. :(

Well that's one way to get outed, #33 got it right here.

I'm all for being gay, but this just wasn't practical. First off, nobody likes a PDA, straight, gay, or otherwise. That's just rude. If you're in a dark bar late at night, that's one thing. In a "local cafe", though? Wrong place, friend! Sucks about your parents finding out before you were ready, but you really could have planned that better. Good luck to you. And knock off the PDAs.

i think thats actually kinda cute, **** the parents

Mayyyyyybe you shouldn't have sat in front of the window but still... fyl.

Sure. Sitting in front of a window is a great way to make sure no one finds out.
