Talking to yourself out loud doesn't mean you're crazy. I do it all the time, and I haven't the slightest of mental defects. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

Not to worry!! There have been studies that people who tend to talk to themselves when solving a problem are actually more organized mentally and tend to be smarter than the average person. Just tell anyone who gives you a funny look for talking to yourself, "I'm friends with the voices in my head." or "I've never lost an argument with myself!" Who cares what the dummies think?
