There are such things as intersections you know, and the personell might have asked them to clear out a little as they carried him in. And to my knowledge ambulances only use lights when people have life threatening injuries and other such things.

Even without the lights ambulances tend to stand out, but it a stretcher was needed, you don't think there was a high probability of the injury being life-threatening?

I've seen them being used on people (is that the correct term?) who couldn't otherwise walk for different reasons, like immense pain. I'd bet it's pretty hard to halfway kill youself on a curb, but then again, they were skateboarding. :V Just wanted to bring attention to the fact that things, even huge things can be obscured.

Nonsense. As is the post. Doesn't even say whether or not the OP and her friend whistled. Pretty crucial detail there.

21, whistling isn't childish.... I mean since humans can't speak and must resort to whistling to 'meet someone'. I think I misplaced this comment before since I can't find it. Oh well. If it's a double post, my apologies.

Eh, my bad, I thought you were referring to the meeting people while out driving and not "concentrat[ing] on the road," not the actual whistling. Sorry.
