Today, I was enjoying a nice bath, when one of my cats jumped up on the rim and started purring. I thought it was sweet, until my other cat ran in and body-slammed the first into the tub with me. Being a conscientious cat owner, I hadn't de-clawed them. FML

You've gotta be kitten me! Well I hope that didn't ruin your mice day, best fishes.

Damn that one cat is a dick, but he sees the way treat the other one better than him. So he said screw both of you guys.

At least the cat that knocked the other one in the tub didn't jump after him

Kind of nice to see guys can also enjoy a bath. (: My cats pounce at each other all the time, too. Usually real late at night when I'm sleeping. :P

The obvious question is why was your bathroom door open while you were taking a bath? Even if you live alone, or home alone, the door should be closed. You should never let your pets come into the bathroom with you for any reason, especially let a cat anywhere near that much water. You were practically asking for it to scratch you. YDI

Is it really that big of a deal? OP probably didn't even think about whether the door was shut or not.

If you live alone I don't see why the door HAS to be shut. I never close it when I'm alone in the house. Am I supposed to worry someone will break into the house and walk in on me?

A lot of people I know have their cats litter box in the bathroom would be kinda mean to close the door then.

36- Don't be so rude.. I have a kitten(8 months) who LOVES the bath and gets up on the rim and purrs and plays with me, I however live with my parents but that doesn't mean I can't keep the door cracked to let the cat come in. What you said was a little bit harsh. Maybe OP loves their cat to come in and play with them.. I sure do, if I could get my other cat to do it.. I would.

Cat's love baths. Or rather they love to play with the water whilst you run them, sit and watch you whilst you're in them, and generally just splash about a bit. Most don't love it when they fall in. I know this from experience, but luckily i wasn't in the bath at the time! If you introduce small kittens to water they actually get used to it, and there is a rare cat who likes to swim. Unfortunately for OP his cat isn't one of them :P

Sounds like you're getting plenty of pussy on your junk.

Who leaves the door open when they bathe?
