Today, I had to tell a girl I liked she couldn't sleep over because I live with my parents. I'm 24. FML

Right now, lots of 24 year-olds live with their parents. Normally I'd be with #2 and say get a job, but obviously the job market is pretty poor at the moment.

I don't really think that would be considered a sleep over when you're that old :P

He didn't say a sleep over. He just said she couldn't sleep over, meaning she couldn't stay at his place.

That's sad. YDI, get a job and get the hell out of that house.

lol to 1, and good for you! For saying no, you have respect for your parents. You should probably work on the whole moving out thing though.

I kinda agree with #4. We can't really say that the it's the OP's fault for living with his parents right now in this troublesome economy. Perhaps it is his fault, but we don't know. I know plenty of people who are graduating with me next week from college who are probably heading in that same direction.

#1 ftw.
Wouldn't it be more of a sex-over?

don't worry, a lot of people our age (and above) are still living with their parents. not everyone can afford to be on their own these days.

you should have rented a cheap hotel room for less than $150 and just have sex there
