Oh for God's sake, it's not such a big deal. You're not the one with sunburnt nether regions. It's your dog, therefore it's your responsibilty to take care of him. If you're not willing to do that then maybe you shouldn't have a dog.

My friend's english mastiff had burnt balls and had to rub aloe on them. It was funny cause everytime he saw her get the aloe bottle, he'd get all happy and run to her, tail wagging. I still make fun of her for having to rub aloe on dog balls.
