I honestly don't understand your complaint. You feel that dreaming of a semi-unattainable ideal that causes you to wake up feeling motivated to continue playing a game that you find enjoyable... is inferior to you dreaming of a semi-unattainable ideal, causing you to wake up feeling, uh... pained and depressed?
