Pre cum can have trace amounts of sperm. And although condom companies state condoms are 99% effective, in several medical studies they have proven to be only around 80 -85 %effective ( yikes). You have around a 1/5th of a chance the condom didn't "do its job" so to speak, whether due to user or product error.....Paternity test my friend.
