I feel like they're not actually your favorite if you didn't know that... You don't have to know ALL the nonsense about your fave band, but that an obvious one.

I agree, I know a ton of stuff about my fave bands, but the first things I learned were names and genders of band members. When I first started listening to Tokio Hotel I wondered if Bill was female, until I learned his name and the fact that he and Tom are identical twins. Then it was pretty obvious.
