Today, I noticed some of my things in my slob of a roommate's piles of clothes. I found six pairs of my underwear that had gone missing. Turns out she hasn't done laundry recently so my underwear drawer was her own personal Victoria's Secret. I hadn't even worn a pair yet. All six were stained. FML

Today, I found out that my roommate was responsible for stealing my socks. When I confronted him about it, he told me that he did it because he likes looking at my bare feet and jerking off into my socks. We’re both guys. FML

Today, I walked into the house I share with my boyfriend and found his mum sashaying up and down the hall. When she saw me, she exclaimed, "Oh, you've got to tell me where you get your underwear from!" Yep, she was wearing my panties. Neither she nor her son could see why I would be upset by that. FML

Today, I moved back into my room, which I'd sublet for a few months. The subtenant never paid any rent and is gone, but she did leave me something: my own underwear on the floor, which she apparently liked to wear, but didn't seem to like to wash. FML

Today, I was at my boyfriend's apartment, when I came across a lacy black thong in the laundry. When confronted, he swore it was his. I don't know what's worse, the possibility that another woman left it there, or the idea that my boyfriend owns and wears women's lingerie. FML

It's only really weird if it's of the opposite sex. If you're both female she could think your underwear is hers. And male underwear is all pretty much the same

I have to ask why my comment is getting thumbed down. All I did was say it's not weird for a guy to wear women's clothes. I mean, if I was in her position, sure I'd be a little weirded out at first, but I'd quickly get over it, ask for my clothes back and help him get his own. And this is all assuming the roommate is a male, which we don't even know.

Assuming OP is female and her flatmate is male: Encourage your flatmate to buy his own and tell him the people at the shops don't care if he buys ladies' undergarments for himself. They just want to make a sale. Really, they don't care, so don't be embarrassed.
