Today, I found out I'm being sued by the man whose life I practically saved a month ago. He says the way I pulled him out of the car he was trapped in has left him with permanent back problems. FML

There is a huge possibility that you did damage his back but if you can prove he was in imediat danger youll be fine. And counter sue for inconveniancing you

Unless the car was ready to blow up, you shouldn't have done anything. You should have called for help and waited. You deserve this. It's because of your stupidity that this man may never be able to walk or move properly.

This is a lie of a post. The good samaritan law prohibits any kind of lawsuit like that from ever even making it to the point where a summons will be sent out.
