Today, I finally decided to get a dog. I have always been wanting to get one ever since I was a child. I bought a $1,400 Golden Retriever. I went out for lunch a few hours later with a friend, so I left my dog in the backyard. I came back home to a broken fence and no dog. FML

Never pay that much money for a dog. Ever. Especially when cheap mutts tend to be healthier and live longer. Deserved.

Thats what you get for buying a designer inbred dog rather than adopting you jackass!! you could've saved yourself 1,200 and you probably still could have found a golden retriever at the pound. For future reference they have purebred animals at all kinds of shelters you just have to look around for what you want and be patient.
