Well, I can see that being annoying. But it might simply be a 'getting accustomed to change' thing, depending on where you moved from and how many differences they are. I mean, generally the overall picture is the same, but there might be little nitty-gritty things that are different and a different side of the road etc and it all adds up. Or you're a bad driver who happened to never get caught out at all for eight years, and therefore you had no inkling of any faults, which I'd deem unlikely.

MonkeyBusiness- Haha! Good one! You're so funny! You're a jackass. That's the second sammich comment I've read from you in the last two minutes. It isn't funny, it's sexist, and you should stop. Period.

Gary Busey calls 911 operator operator: 911 what's your emergency? Gary Busey: It's Doc again, he's crying like a little girl that refuses to make me a sammich operator: were sending a pair of scissors out so he can remove the shrink wrap from his testes. Gary Busey: Thank you.

Regular old insults aren't forbidden; the best I can suggest is to grow a pair. Sammich comments will be moderated with extreme prejudice, as will any form of sexism, regardless of any gender involved. Feel free to donate any sammiches to me at your whim though. That is all.

Sirin, I have a special sammich just for you thank for clearing that up, it makes absolutely no sense. Calling someone a jackass is more than a "regular old insult." *as Gary Busey gets banned a hush quiets the room*

Oh no, Gary! My comment wasn't moderated! Go run to Sirin and turn me in! What are you, in second grade? You feel the need to tattle? Guess what big guy, my comments are generally meant to be funny, educational, or supportive. In this case, it was supportive of women. I happen to respect them, unlike MonkeyBusiness and you. If you think I need a waaaambulance for that, then good luck ever getting laid. Gigglepony, yeah I get mad at people who disrespect women. Got a fucking problem with that?

why is sexism worse than insults is insulting someone not worse for them than a sexist comment lol if the policy is grow a pair why doesn't everyone grow a pair and not get butthurt over what some moron said I'm not saying sexism is okay just saying why isn't an insult of any kind forbidden if one kind is forbidden plus I've seen many derogatory comments towards males such as and this is not a quote all mean are like that( insert something negative) and they never get moderated so is one worse than the other if so is this site biased to males why not delete the sexist comments that are thrown at anyone also any grammar Nazis can shove it if I messed up if I did not then have a nice day

Cause the secret moderator army hasn't been deployed yet, you dumb cunt. And arguing with the mods will get you banned, trust me. So allow me to summarise this for you like you failed to do for us: shut your mouth before it's shut for you, and maybe give the comment rules a read. You cock.

Nah, man, nah, you're arguing/criticising/treating the site like shit for your own pleasure. Stop it, nah seriously, stop it before we both get banned. Maybe you're new here, but if you've got a complaint or suggestion or whatever, you send it to the mods through PMs, or you'll probably get your ass banned for a month, trust me on this one. I'm only looking out for you, no need to thank me. And seriously, stop double posting. That shit's just not funny, hasn't been since 1999. You do know they ban people for trolling, right? Just sayin'.

if I was arguing I apologize if I double posted I apologize and if your looking out for me or anyone u should do it more passively now Ima drop this so like you said we don't get banned :)

to answer your question, asskicker, it's because this is America, the nation that gets more crybaby over everything every day. can't call our president black, can't say "your gay" offensively, basically can't have free speech. they're already trying to "control" the Internet with that shit... oh America, land of the not-so-free, and if it ain't free, you best believe you'll end up getting sued for it. it's what America does. gotta love the pussification of the nation.

134- "This is America." I didn't know the Internet is considered America since any Country can use it. We do have freedom of speech so I don't know where you came up with that. Also, not everyone sues and when people do sue, it doesn't mean the Judge agrees with the reason and passes it.

yup I come from London to America, I usually pass the test right away, but for the whole time the instructor was screaming saying something stupid like "I'm on the wrong side of the road!" I total should have passed, FML!

Hey, there might be some funny comments out there, but Cinn's comments are the only comments that are actually helpful. at least, I think so. Gotta be better than listening to the sammich guy, am I right? lol

I strongly disagree with all of you, with the exception of zmeilerr, I completely agree with his comment. I don't think Cinn deserves any grief from you all for her being eloquent, if her comment bothers you so much, then don't read it. By the way, I enjoy reading your comments Cinn, they're always so entertaining.

I'm formulating a theory that the trolls crawl out of the woodwork during the night-time... Yes, I'm a nerd, and I view that as a good thing. Also, if you don't like my comment, skip the damn thing. I notice one familiar name there, haven't you learnt yet? I also didn't know that I had to be stupid, I thought using my brain was a good thing. Also thanks, Zmeilerr, Draminicaus & PaperDragon. And any that I missed in the middle.

The UK testing service has an unspoken limit on how many drivers are allowed to pass per week - apparently. Also, you never learn to drive until AFTER your test - you've probably picked up some bad habits that help you but aren't allowed.

thats not actually true I thought that. and my advice book your test on a saturday about 12pm the instructors wana go home so they will give you a quick test :)

Around here we have a theory test (identifying signs, picking which lane to use in given situations, etc.) that you take for your learning permit, then you take a skills test 6+ months later after you've had experience and formal training.

#11 It is actually true that they have a limit. DVLA deny it but the instructors can confirm it - mine did, as did 2 others I know. And I also learned in Edinburgh, so chances are OP went to the same test centre. OP - when you rebook your test go for the start of the month. That's what I did and the instructor was rather lenient as her quota was nowhere near filled. Of course they may be slightly harsher on you as you already drive and 'shouldn't' make mistakes.
