did the op run over the tester?
Driving is great, but definitely overrated in America. Once most people acquire a car and driver's license, they take it as an excuse to refuse walking anywhere, because it's just easier to drive there. Of course, with the distances in the suburbs for example, it's a necessity. You can't go almost anywhere without a car. I love driving, but I still think a lot of people need to get up off their lazy asses and walk more.
I completely understand that 96. I used to live in the suburbs *shudder*. But once people get used to driving everywhere, oftentimes when they're in a situation where walking is a viable option, they choose to drive instead, thus missing the opportunity to get some fresh air and exercise. Also, it depends on what you call far away. To me, a far walk would be around an hour to. I would still walk the distance, but it's the point at which I'm more likely to choose driving.
I'm 17 and having a car is absolutely amazing. I have a BMW 535i twin turbo (2007) and before you call me a douche or some rich kid it's because I've been working since I was 13 and that's my dream car. Every second in it is amazing and getting to go to the BMW test track in Spartanburg NC (about an hour from me) is the coolest thing in the freaking world.
Okay apparently I can't spell, and 45 can't read, where does is it say or insinuate that I want to "bring the man down"? clearly it says fuck the establishment and everyone, I may hate our system and think its completely fucked but it's best one we have so far. so I will have to suffer with it.
Lol I like how 113 calls me retarded, yet his comment was moded & now several hrs later edited to help him out before perhaps calling something much more childish & I believe you meant *can't drive around w/o proper insurance. But either way the system is completely flawed, as I wolud get my registration, ins, & DL just so I wouldn't have deal with headaches of constantly being pulled over, but apparently Texas driving laws are so fucked that I can't get any of those unless....
On the plus side if you're going to fail your driving test you might as well get it done early. Now you can get the fuck out of the DMV a little quicker than usual... unless of course you're stuck waiting for someone to pick you up 'cause you can't drive.
I don't fucking know. Ask someone else.
