Today, I decided to modify my resume since I've handed out over 30 of them in the past couple of weeks and I haven't gotten any calls back. As soon as I opened it on word document, I noticed that I had forgotten to include my phone number for employers to contact me. FML

I sent my resume by email this year and wrote a bunch of crap in my email about how I pay attention to details. I forgot to attach the resume : /

Thats not too bad. I had someone give me their resume with no contact details or even their name once, they definitely didn't get hired!
