Today, I called an airline's customer service line. Apparently the way that they deal with uncommon problems is by having someone put you on hold for twenty minutes, answer and yell something unintelligible at you, put you back on hold, and repeat. This went on for over an hour. FML

I know what you mean I was on the way to afghanastan and my orders authorized 4 checked bags stating that they were paid and that the weapon case does not count as one. The airline however would not let me check more than two one being the weapons case and tried to make me pay extra. Missed my flight when they got a new one it was same thing I had to go with out half my combat gear

I got stuck in Dubai airport once for 24 hours, could be worse! Lol
