I don't know how CVs work, but with resumés*, you generally include a personalized cover letter as the email text and attach the resumé file. So the employer may indeed know her real name, and her error. *Autocorrect is telling me to use résumé, but that looks weird to me. pendatik, Freeze, other comrades, help me out here!

Wouldn't the first one be correct in that it means resume, as in to continue? That leads me to believe the last one's correct, then. But I've always spelled it resumé.
