Your doctor apparently doesn't know the definition of "virgin." Virginity doesn't mean that your hymen is intact, it means you've never had sex. Sometimes, the hymen can rupture while doing hard physical labor or other things, without ever having sex, while in other cases, the woman can have sex many times and the hymen remains intact. Even if it's intact, she could have gotten pregnant if it was unprotected, try seeing if your doctor STILL says she's functionally a virgin and simultaneously pregnant. Anyway, this isn't really an FML at all.
