Just how old is she? What a baby...
Not only you gave her the choice to go naked, but going shopping without her? Some might say that this depends on how old is your daughter, but even as a kid my parents never made me wear clothes I would hate (and took me with them in the stores). They treated me like a human being, not like a property. By giving her that ultimatum, you deserved it.
Oh my god if my mom did that with my sister, we'd probably still be at the store. I think parents should take into mind what colors their children likes and what animals, but sometimes it's hell trying to get a young child to make a decision. That's why some schools dot let elementary school kids pick their lunches. They'd never eat if they have too choose. Now if the mom in this scenario completely ignored her child's interest, then yes she deserves it. If her child had a random tantrum that's another story and issue.
^That's not why. It's to control their nutrition. That's all I'm going to say, because I don't feel like arguing online.
That's not the point of my statement. As a kid I was happy with the things they bought me. I wasn't pushed or controlled or anything, I felt equal and great wearing their choice. Since the daughter has a 'new' set of school-clothes, this means she is at least in second grade. That's old enough to say whether you like something or hate it so much that you throw a tantrum. I am not saying - make the kid buy her own clothes (if she is still a kid). Just take her to the store, pick a few options for her from which to choose and help her learn how to make decisions (the younger, the better).
It's a school uniform, she didn't have a choice of what to wear!
Haha hotttt
The emperors new clothes!
You deserved it. Don't complain about the options you give your kids.
ydi for giving her the option but obviously you didn't think she would go the extreme route. so fyl. how old is your daughter? throwing a tantrum over clothes is ridiculous, you obviously need to teach your spoiled brat to be happy she gets anything. next time make her earn the money for new clothes and might I add buy her snacks and sodas she eats and buy the bargain brand or don't buy them at all. let her know that her tantrum has showed you she's too materialistic and spoiled and needs to learn what the real world is like. want in one hand and shit in the other, see which one fills up first.
May I remind you people the mother said "school clothes" she obviously had to buy them!
Man, you must suck at choosing clothes. I hate to imagine how horrible the wardrobe was for your poor kid to prefer going to school nude.
School uniforms do look shit but that's hardly the mother's fault
even though she should apperciate u should ask what her styles like then get it before buying
Holy ish.

you gave her the option..
