Here's a horribly unfortunate reason not to use a bluetooth headset in public: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiCSzUCXN1U
Gawd, I ******* hate those bluetooth things. They make you look schizophrenic, and no one ever knows who you're talking to. I DON'T CARE HOW LAZY YOU ARE, HANDS-FREE IS NOT THE WAY TO GO
i agree with #49 i think it was, i voted both ways because it's not your fault that she was on her blue-tooth in the office, but also because you did kind of go a little too far with the weight thing... hope you didn't get fired or anything
to make this easy bluetooth sucks in public, double check to make sure the person is talking to you, and do just use common since
Next time, maybe respond with an angry "EXCUSE ME?" before saying stuff like that. I'm sure if you did that, she would probably be like "hang on 1 sec. - not you, I'm talking to my hubby" or something. FYL but YDI.
why do people *always* go for the weight insult? people can't be original and insult people for something else? it's always something along the lines of go on weight watchers, fatty, or something like that.
Wow, way to be so self-absorbed that you couldn’t even consider your boss was talking on a hands-free headset. I hope you got fired.

That sounds like a perfectly reasonable, professional and level headed response.
