In what way would a parking attendant ask for money that you have you mistake him for a hobo?
i am doubtful of this post, no way in hell a tow truck came in the time a pizza is prepared.
well, not going to be judgemental, you already got a dose of f***ed up. But that sketchy (Beggar) now he's something we could work out a plot.. i mean a plan for beneficial rewards system to take place! :P now go and F*** him up AND his existance.. you can do it go on and make us proud ~ Disgruntled citizen
You could have asked what he wanted.
You could of asked what he wanted.
Ehh, this usually happens in big cities. If you ever go to like Las Vegas, etc. they'll just walk up to you and tell you a price. You just have to assume that they work there and are asking for the fee to park there. Otherwise, if you refuse, say bye bye to your car, rofl.
#23 - I am really failing to see the relevance in the skin color of the parking attendants in your story. If they were 2 white dudes, would you have given them the money?
You're an asshole. Oh, and the attendant pwned you. :D

I'm sure he tried to tell you what he was doing and you just didn't listen. YDI I hope that pizza tasted good while you were sitting on the curb.
Seems kinda weird... a "Sketchy" guy would ASK for $5? You'd think they'd explain first and then tell you the price - if any. I would've thought it'd be up to the customer to leave some sort of tip for parking attendance... ... HMM.
