okay a. you're kind of a dick. just say "sorry i don't have 5 bucks" b. when do you ever have a parking attendant come up to you at a pizza parlour!?
YDI for being mean...you could've said it in a nicer way.
So you live around that area and don't even know the parking rules? Sounds like L.A. where it is practically impossible to find free parking and most parking lots charge about $5 flat rate for parking or there is parking by the hour or the meters that you have to put coins in. Either way, if you live there, you should know about parking situations and there should be signs up all over the place. Enjoy your $200+ pizza.
You were only there for a few minutes yet the guy still had time to call a tow truck? :S That makes very little sense to me.
Agreed. Especially if it's the towing company I've dealt with before. Took them over an hour to come pick me up off the side of the road... The whole story itself is pretty sketchy.
#7 that's irrelevant. It only takes a few minutes to pick up a pizza. Parking lots usually charge hourly, and $5 for an hour is crazy. You can have it delivered to your house for less than $5. #41 you'd be surprised. I went to a store with my roommate, and we parked in a tow away zone across the street. The store was closed, so we were gone less than 90 seconds. When we got back across the street, his car had been towed.

I'm sure he tried to tell you what he was doing and you just didn't listen. YDI I hope that pizza tasted good while you were sitting on the curb.
Seems kinda weird... a "Sketchy" guy would ASK for $5? You'd think they'd explain first and then tell you the price - if any. I would've thought it'd be up to the customer to leave some sort of tip for parking attendance... ... HMM.
