Last call, bad decisions and 3 a.m. texts you'll regret until noon. Cheers.
Today, I sparkled because of this glitter bar my mother got me from Lush. I didn't realize until after I got out of the shower that it wasn't just ordinary soap. I tried to wipe off the glitter. It wouldn't come off. FML
Today, I discovered that my mom bought roll on stick glue that looks quite a bit like deodorant. It was early in the morning and I was groggy. Long story short, I had to cut every one of my pit hairs. FML
Today, I was helping a friend with a DIY project and thought it would be fun to add some glitter to the mix. We ended up using WAY too much, and now I have glitter everywhere. Not only am I covered head to toe, but I keep finding it in the weirdest places, like inside my shoes, on my phone, and even in my coffee cup. FML
Today, one of my kids thought it would be funny to superglue me to my armchair while I was asleep, except they’re idiots who used way too much. I am now fused to the cushions and had to call an ambulance. FML
Today, my mom tried to burn my arm with a hot spatula, all because I got a tattoo against her wishes. FML
Today, I not only absent-mindedly tried to scrub the natural suntan from my arm, I also spent several long seconds wondering why it wouldn't come free. FML
Today, I found out how it feels when someone slips and falls while they have a hypodermic needle in your arm. FML
Today, I was showing my 4 year old some of my fire magic tricks. I ended up getting 2nd degree burns on my left hand and burnt off half of her hair. FML
Today, I discovered an effective form of body hair removal. I discovered that my three-year-old daughter is strong enough to pull off a major clump of my leg hair. FML
Today, I learned that nail polish remover is, in fact, VERY flammable. And I learnt it the hard way. FML
Feel like sharing it with the other FML users?
Thanks, your FML was submitted, and will appear in the moderation queue soon!

glitter is the herpes of art supplies. once they're there they never go away. prepare to sparkle and shine for the rest of your life. :)

At the risk of starting the "Chewbaka vs Naked Mole Rat" wars, shaving hairs (arms, legs, vag, whatever) has nothing to do with hygiene.

Uh, isn't that stuff washable?
black_knight402 0
If it was washable, I would assume that would have been her first choice.

My sister uses glitter glue, though, and that stuff seems to come off relatively easily (assuming she washes it off properly -- soap AND water). I figured they'd be relatively similar. Also, not everyone would try washing it right away. I've seen people do as OP did, smear it around with a paper towel or a napkin, wipe it on their clothes...

fyl for pulling it when yu could have just cut it out.

If it's gluing the arm hair down, I highly doubt they'd be able to just 'cut it out'.

How about shave your arm hairs, I think that would be less painful.

agreed. arm hair doesnt usually grow back thicker anyway. at least mine doesnt.

NO hair grows back thicker from shaving.

When you shave, the tapered end of the hair gets cut off. Therefore, the thicker root of the hair is the one that continues growing afterward, making the hair appear thicker and darker (because it has not been exposed to sunlight as much). I can't stand people that think everyone is blessed with the same genes. Not everybody has unnaturally thin, light body hair that is not negatively affected by shaving.

no. never shave your arm hair! unless it's too long and looks gross.

what's wrong with shaving arm hair? personally, I think any arm hair on a girl, light or dark or thick or thin, is really gross. shaving your arms is just like shaving your legs- all for hygiene

So men are able to wash their hairy parts, and women are not?

Even with a little bit of hair it's still going to hurt...

Unless they have alopecia or remove it through shaving, waxing, etc., everyone has hair on their arms.

Then why not just wash it off?
ImaginaryFoe 1
Have you ever tried to wash off glitter? That stuff is persistent. It'll turn up in the oddest places for weeks and you'll be stuck walking around looking like a veggie vampire.

Very nice.
